• Entries to be submitted on Handicap Entry Cards, available here
• Age as at Date of Meet
• Meet will be conducted under Handicap rules
• No age restrictions - all individual events are open, swimmers from toddlers to veterans are welcome.
• An individual swimmer may enter one Freestyle and one B/B/B event
• Entry times must be in whole seconds (or minutes and whole seconds)
• For B/B/B events, Breaststroke, Bactstroke, or Butterfly must be indicated on the entry form
• The maximum allowable break is 2 seconds per 50 metres or part thereof (based on Entry TIme) for individual events. The maximum break time for the 8x50m relays is 16sec. Faster swims will be disqualified.

  For example - if the entry time is 45 seconds and the time swum in the heat is 42.8 seconds, then the swimmer has broken their entry time by 2.2 seconds and is thereby disqualified. A time of 43.4 seconds has only broken by 1.6 seconds and is therefore acceptable. A time of 43.0 seconds exactly is also acceptable. Any times slower than the entry time are also acceptable.

• A swimmer will also be disqualified for infractions of the rules relating to each stroke. A swimmer may also be disqualified for breaking the start or leaving the blocks before their handicap number is called.

• Finals will be held for all individual events. First and second place in each heat (after discarding disqualifcations) will proceed to the Finals. The original Entry Time is used for handicapping the Finals. Medals (or an alternative) will be awarded to the first 3 placings in each final. All competitors will receive a participation certificate.

• Club Relays: In the event that there is more than one heat, the winning teams will be determined as the teams with the best break times (i.e. not more than 16 seconds faster than the entry time). Ribbons will be awarded to the first 3 placings overall.

• Club Relays: Swimmers may compete in a relay team for their 2nd claim club.

• Entries $1.00 per individual event, $2.00 per relay event
• Entries will not be accepted without a SNSW Registration Number and an Entry Time
• Entries (with Summary Sheet attached) close: 8 p.m. Monday 30/10/2009 with the Assistant Race Secretary at 32A Rayner Ave, Narraweena, 2099.
• NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED
