- Age as at Date of Meet
- ONE START RULE TO APPLY
- Places will be awarded to both "A" & "B" Divisions in each age group provided there are at least 12 swimmers in the age group. Event age group results will be divided equally into "A" & "B" divisions (with any odd numbered entry being allocated to "A" division).
- Swimmers who have achived a metropolitan or state qualifying time in a particular stroke (any distance), are ineligible to swim that particular stroke in this meet (this includes that stroke in relays). Please note: It is the responsibility of each individual club's race secretary to monitor this rule.
- Entries $5.00 per individual event, $10.00 per relay event
- Entries will not be accepted without a SNSW Registration Number and an Entry Time
- Entries (with Summary Sheet attached) close: 8 p.m. Monday 16/11/2009 with the Race Secretary at 10 Kangaroo Rd. Collaroy Plateau, 2097.
- NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED
- Medals will be awarded to 1st, 2nd & 3rd placegetters in each individual event with ribbons awarded to 1st, 2nd & 3rd teams in relays
