2:00 pm Warm Up, 2:30 p.m. Start

• Meet will be conducted under Handicap rules
• Entry times must be in whole seconds (or minutes and whole seconds)
• For B/B/B events, Breaststroke, Bactstroke, or Butterfly must be indicated on the entry form
• The maximum allowable break is 2 seconds per 50 metres or part thereof (based on Entry TIme) for individual events. The maximum break time for the 8x50m relays is 16sec. Faster swims will be disqualified.

  For example - if the entry time is 45 seconds and the time swum in the heat is 42.8 seconds, then the swimmer has broken their entry time by 2.2 seconds and is thereby disqualified. A time of 43.4 seconds has only broken by 1.6 seconds and is therefore acceptable. A time of 43.0 seconds exactly is also acceptable. Any times slower than the entry time are also acceptable.

• A swimmer will also be disqualified for infractions of the rules relating to each stroke. A swimmer may also be disqualified for breaking the start or leaving the blocks before their handicap number is called.

INDIVIDUAL EVENTS

• All swimmers must be members of an affiliated WASA club and registered with WASA.
• Each swimmer may enter one Freestyle and one B/B/B event.
• There are no age restrictions and all events are OPEN. Swimmers from toddlers to veterans are welcome.
• Individual Entry are $2.00 per event
• Finals will be held for all individual events. First and second place in each heat will proceed to the Finals. Additional lanes in a final may be filled by swimmers who are best placed nad have swum "best break times", in accordance with Rule 1.05.
• A swimmer who is disqualified may not proceed to a final.
• The original Entry Time is used for handicapping the Finals.
• Medals (or an alternative) will be awarded to the first 3 placings in each final.

RELAY EVENTS

• Club Relay entries are $4.00 per team.
• A club may enter unlimited number of teams in the relay events, but only the fastest two teams will receive points
• The break time for the 8x50m relay events is 16 seconds.
• In the event that there is more than one heat, the winning teams will be determined as the teams with the best break times (i.e. not more than 16 seconds faster than the entry time).
• Ribbons will be awarded to the first 3 placings overall.
• Club Relays: Swimmers may compete in a relay team for their 2nd claim club.

• Entries will not be accepted without a WASA Registration Number and an Entry Time
• Individual Entries close: Monday 19/1/15 on the WASA Online entry system
• Relay Entries close: at the completion of Event 4 (25m F/S Finals) on the night of the meet
• NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED
